Governor Quinn Releases 2012 Tax Returns

CHICAGO – Governor Pat Quinn today released his 2012 federal and state income tax returns.

In addition to his salary of $160,421.64, Governor Quinn reported a taxable refund of $1,203.00.

Governor Quinn paid $28,400.61 in federal income tax and $7,716.00 in state income tax in 2012. He also paid $4,052.71 in property taxes on his home on the west side of Chicago.

He donated $7,535.00 to charity, and made an additional $170.00 in donations through voluntary check-offs on his state tax return.
