Governor Quinn’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff on behalf of:

Michael Holmes

of the Illinois Department of Transportation

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel from:

Sunrise: Wednesday, February 19, 2014 until

Sunset, Friday, February 21, 2014
