Illinois State Fair Box Office To Open

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Tickets for 2013 Illinois State Fair Grandstand concerts go on sale Monday, June 10, at the State Fair Box Office. 

The Box Office, which is located in the Grandstand on the Illinois State Fairgrounds, also will accept mail order ticket requests.  Order forms are available on the Illinois State Fair website, www.illinoisstatefair.info, under the “Concerts & Entertainment” tab and should be sent to:  Illinois State Fair Ticket Office, P.O. Box 19427, Springfield, IL, 62794-9427.

All adults, as well as children ages 3 and above, must have a ticket to enter a fair concert.  A list of Grandstand performers, ticket prices and a Grandstand seating diagram are available on the State Fair website.

The Box Office phone number is (217) 782-1979. It will be open weekdays, except holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 2013 Illinois State Fair will be held Aug. 8 – 18.
