SPRINGFIELD – In March 2009, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) conducted compliance checks in five communities and visited 254 businesses licensed to sell liquor.  They cited 60 licensees for allegedly selling liquor to underage customers.  Seventy-six percent of all licensees visited complied with Illinois liquor laws and refused to serve underage customers.
