Governor authorizes Fiscal Year 2003 Capital Dollars
SPRINGFIELD - After reviewing the capital projects to ensure that they meet his criteria of promoting education, health, public safety or economic development, Gov. Rod Blagojevich today authorized the release of $21,403,896 from the fiscal year 2003 capital funds for more than 35 capital projects throughout Illinois.
"These projects will help communities meet some of their critical needs," said Gov. Blagojevich.
